Sustainability

The objective of the Sustainable Supply Chain Project is to identify characteristics of supply chains that will ensure the continuation of business into future generations. The members of these supply chains will work together for the good of the consumer, the environment, and the firms themselves for the long-term goal of sustainability.

The Value Project

The objective of the Value Research Project is to:

• Define the concept of value within the context of service, supplier, and customer relationships, and
• Determine and define measures that allow firms to measure effectively the value of their supply chain relationships on an ongoing, real-time basis.

Consumer Attitude Toward Return Policies

This project is being completed during the spring semester 2006. The objective of this project is to determine consumer attitudes towards return policies on two selected electronic items.
